We run all of our own customer-service operations, both voice and email - no outsourced "associates" that don't know our products! When you contact us, you're talking directly with the folks who design, build, and run our service firsthand. If we need to call you back, it means we're talking with other clients at the moment - we'll return your call as quickly as possible.

Normally, we do not need your username/password information to respond to customer service questions. Naturally, if you have billing questions we'll need a way to link you to your account. In either case, please don't email us creditcard information plaintext - contact us for our PGP public keys so we can secure the information during transit.
